NB. Because of its age and character the cottage is not really suitable for people in a wheelchair or the infirm. On the ground floor there are three small steps up from the dining room to the kitchen and two steps down from the kitchen to the bathroom. The stairs to the first floor are also quite narrow, though have a good strong handrail.
